The International Music Generator Users Lounge is about to reach 200000 page views. At the time I am writing this, the exact total is 192782 hits since the website opened on October 29th 2007

October 29th-31st 2007: 1709
November 2007: 10435
December 2007: 8738
January 2008: 30609*
February 2008: 15557
March 2008: 21942
April 2008: 22034
May 2008: 33671
June 2008: 37152
July 1st-9th 2008: 10935
*Had the hacking never occured in January, the hit count for that month would have been 13567.

On the forum activity side, not only we now have over 114 members and 3661 posts including this one, but over 500 songs made with these softwares have been posted so far, something that no one thought that could happen on a MTV Music Generator discussion website, especially since it opened its door 3 years after the entire serie was discontinued. The projection for the first year of TIMGUL activity were about 12 members with 1000 posts and 100 songs uploads.

I would like to thank everyone for visiting us and those who contributed so far! For those who haven't checked around yet, make sure to check the music section, because you might be surprised at what people can do using limited softwares!

yeah, I also noticed overall tune quality increased a lot since this site opened. In 2002-2003 i saw some MTVMG songs online and they were so horrible. Afterward people started doing like you, Tech87 and other Youtube people and posted vids of their songs and it seemed like the bar was risen, and on the forums it's even higher. Even tunes made of premade riffs sounds good most of the time now lol :D
