I looked around but couldn't find anything about this.

As the title suggests, does the site have any rules concerning the use of copyrighted material as samples in uploaded songs?

I ask because I have a couple that use some simple samples, one from an Adam Sandler CD and another from a local radio announcer, and I don't want to upload them if there's going to be a problem.

Also, along the same lines, how about what may be considered "mature" material?  That Adam Sandler sample contains the dreaded "F-bomb" throughout the entire song.  I had already thought to put a warning on it that it's NSFW, but, again, I wouldn't want there to be any problems should I decide to share it.

Well, for this site you can upload songs using samples from other songs. The problem is if you decide to sell the songs then you need to ask them permission or author rights.

As for mature material you can upload stuff with profanity on the site without any problem, providing the song have hate speech lyrics such as racism or discrimination, or a porn song that have lyrics that explains every single details of a guy having sex with his girlfriend or something like the remix of "Sex Track" (search Youtube) :P
