A Moment Alone
« on: March 27, 2010, 04:32:32 am »
I wrote this song back when I was 11 (21 years ago!), as part of a concept album. I had all these melodies running through my head, and when I got Music Generator 2, I finally started to record them. In any case, this is one of those tracks. Recorded in 2002...one of these days I'll upload the whole album.

Really? I LOVE that time period...early Floyd, late 60s Beach Boys...that whole ethereal vibe.

This is one of my favorite early F2S tracks. I'm real proud of that moving bassline.

It's amazing how bloody good this really is, when it utilizes just an EP and a Bass Guitar. And how many different melodies and patterns come out of it. I really like it!
