'Quarze' [ fruityloops9 ]
« on: January 13, 2010, 02:32:05 pm »
genre chillout(?)
alias Rikki
duration 8:40

Pronounced "quartz", made in FL Studio with some help from Music 2000. You might call it chillout, with essences of classical, quite epic in places.

Enjoy :)

nice man. The name fits well with its glistening sound. The piano is really well done.

How in the World did I miss this? and not hear it sooner.

Intro piano work is great. :35 different piano riff is wonderful. It fits so perfectly. Relaxing....
Love the pads at 2:25 the panned percussion and minimal, subtle kick. Transition into 3:44 is nice.
I was not expecting the bigger, more pronounced kick, but it is terrific. It goes so well with everything.
So clean.... 5:00 change of octave with the pads very nice. I close my eyes off/on during listening and it enhances the experience ten fold. That was a gem. A maestro with the piano.....
Bass is a force that defies the universe of logic, time, and space. http://www.reverbnation.com/djdroppin
