Ok something has changed since my system restore, epxse will no longer run mtvmg properly. no matter what sound plugin i use, or how i tweak it, many samples in the game are incorrect and distorted beyond audibility. Something very wrong here, i am using windows xp on acer aspire one, and my sound drivers are the original ones before the restore someone please help me i do not want to use the pc version as it is not stereo. helllllllllllllllp!!!!
I just unearthed this odd little song i did in 02. I used the progressions from Milk Inc.'s "In My Eyes" and added a whole lot of craziness, not sure what I was on, and recording is not the best quality as it was ripped from cassette, YES CASSETTE!
This was actually the first full song I ever produced, back in 2000. Having made significant improvements to my sound I reworked from scratch in 2005. The result was a million times better than my original. So glad I kept the descending piano and menacing guitar riff.
I am ever so sorry for posting so many of my songs at once - i have only just found this place, no-one has ever heard any of my stuff and i am really excited that there ARE PEOPLE OUT THERE DOING THE SAME THING!! So bare with me, there are still a few good ones i need to show you all. Thanks for your kind words peeps, and don't ever stop evolving!
Ok as a kid my favourite movie was The Neverending Story. The Gorgio Moroder tune where Bastian is riding Falcor (more like a motif) is awesome and in 2004, it took me several weeks to get this right. The percussion is a little different lol - obviously i love to experiment with unorthodox percusssion. I hope i did this wonderful tune justice.
I know i should not post unfinished material as it kind of ruins things, but I need some advice on where to take this track. I have always wanted to use swing brass in some capacity and this is what it turned into lol. Any thoughts, or is it just crap LMFAO!
I do believe this one took me many weeks, I just had to do Ferry justice. I tried to make it sound as far from the original as possible, with more organic sounding percussion, and simple but effective strings emulating the original pads. hope ya'll like it, I did this one back in 2004 - note the use of the Pulsa LMFAO!!! i AM GLAD MY SOUND HAD EVOLVED!
